We invite all of our resort guests to help us kick off our six-week Christmas in the Country Celebration on Sunday, November 21. We'll flip the switch on more than 2 million lights throughout the resort and follow it up with our dazzling fireworks display. Roam the resort taking in all of the sights and sounds of the holidays and vote on your favorite gingerbread house display. Plus activities for the kids, a visit from Santa, holiday cookies and hot apple cider.

We ask that all guests bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to those in need in the local community. 

• Sunday, November 21 | Activities begin at 4:30pm 
• NEW this year: for resort guests only
• Photos with Santa begin at 4:30pm in Evergreen Ballroom 
• Gather outside by the large Christmas tree at 6pm for the countdown to the illumination of holiday lights and fireworks

NOTE: The health, safety, and well-being of our guests, associates and community is always a top priority. Due to COVID-19 related safety guidelines and recommendations from health officials, attendance at this year's Annual Illumination Ceremony at Grand Geneva on Sunday, November 21, 2021, will be limited to resort guests only. In an effort to limit capacity for safety purposes, viewing the fireworks on the resort campus and viewing the gingerbread houses and indoor holiday decorations will not be open to the community this year.  Face coverings are required when indoors.
