Breakfast with Santa
Timber Ridge is hosting Breakfast with Santa again this year. Bring your list and meet Jolly Old Saint Nicholas along with our beloved mascots, Bruce the Moose and Chelsea the Chipmunk, on Monday, November 23, Friday, November 27, Sundays, December 6 - Sunday, December 20 and Thursday, December 24.

Breakfast with Santa will be a full buffet offering fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, overnight oats, assorted breakfast pastries, made-to-order omelet and egg station, build your own waffle station with all of the toppings, build your own avocado toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes and more!
The Merry Moose
New this year, grab the whole herd and follow the moose tracks to Timber Ridge’s merriest holiday pop-up! Step into a cozy cabin hideaway glowing with red plaid and twinkling lanterns, the North Pole’s favorite place to hang out.
Warm up with North Pole Sips, festive mocktails like Merry Moose Hot Chocolate and Rudolph’s Red Cider, then dig into Moose Munchies like Sleigh Ride Nachos or our signature Merry Moose Board loaded with Wisconsin favorites. Save room for Reindeer Treats, from a Mrs. Claus Cookie Flight to Santa’s Midnight Snack brownie sundae.

Santa Cabana
Visit Santa in his decked-out holiday waterpark cabana. Stay the night on select December dates and indulge in an exclusive face-to-face encounter with the one and only Santa Claus himself. Capture the moment with photo opportunities, enjoy entertaining duck races and cherish your quality Santa time.

Tour of Lights
Hop aboard for a memorable tour around the resort to see all of the outdoor holiday light displays. Enjoy the view with 3D glasses, transforming the vibrant lights into a mesmerizing spectacle, and sing-a-long to the 12 days of Christmas. Prepare to be entertained by Santa's elves, who bring the holiday spirit to life. It's not just a tour; it's a joyous celebration of the holidays, leaving you with cherished memories and a heart full of festive delight.
- Starting on Monday, November 23, 2026 (no tours on Christmas Day, last Tour of Lights is December 30)
- Tours available hourly at 5, 6, 7 and 8pm and run about 30 minutes long
- Admission is complimentary for resort guests and $30 per adult and $15 for children 3-12 years old for non-resort guests (children 2 and under are complimentary)
- Advance reservations are required for resort guests and non-resort guests
- Meet at the Grand Geneva Concierge desk
- The vehicle is heated and enclosed

If you miss the tour, don't worry! You are welcome to ride in your own vehicle down Grand Geneva Way, starting at Hwy 50. The trolley tour is not necessary to see all our decorations, but a fun way to experience them.
Elf Mail Run
Drop off your letters to Santa in our magical mailbox located in the Timber Ridge lobby. Santa will send a message back for the kids. Then, join us daily at 3pm at Timber Ridge or 4pm at Grand Geneva as Santa's helpers collect the mail to deliver to the North Pole. November 22 - December 24, 2026.
Christmas Tree Service
Upgrade your room and add some Christmas spirit to your stay at Timber Ridge. Enjoy a fully decorated tree in your guestroom upon arrival, complete with ornaments, ribbon topper and an ornament for you to cherish at home. It's all the Christmas cheer with none of the cleanup!
$125 for the duration of your stay. Please call (262) 249-3400 to reserve your Christmas tree. 48-hour advance notice is required.
Gingerbread House Walk
Area residents, in both amateur and professional or adult or child categories, display their masterpieces beginning November 22, 2026, through the holidays, during a Gingerbread House Walk on the upper level in the Brissago Foyer at Grand Geneva. View these fabulous creations daily from 8am-8pm.
